Associate Wealth Advisor

Job Summary
We are searching for an Associate Wealth Advisor who displays an active interest and commitment to clients and providing excellent service. The Associate Wealth Advisor will aid in the growth of the firm and will readily engage in firm and community activities. This position will allow you the opportunity for tremendous professional growth working alongside a Senior Wealth Advisor assisting in managing day-to-day operations of the practice and their clientele.


  • Maintain & deepen existing client relationships under the management of a Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Schedule, prepare for, attend and participate in client meetings alongside a Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Conduct Needs Assessment and Delivery Calls with prospective clients
  • Participate in initial meetings with prospective clients with a Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Input meeting notes into CRM system, assign and/or complete meeting follow-up as needed
  • Complete financial planning related research as needed or assigned
  • Complete data entry in financial planning software
  • Analyze client situation and formulate recommendations with the assistance of a Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Present financial plan and various financial planning concepts, as determined by a Senior Wealth Advisor
  • Create necessary client workflows in CRM system including cashiering requests, new account applications, transfer of assets, and various account maintenance forms


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • FINRA series 7 or be able to pass the exam within 90 days of employment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Previous experience in financial services industry preferred

Participant Service Specialist, Qualified Plans

Job Summary

Responsible for proactively educating qualified plan participants on opportunities to increase savings and improve retirement readiness.  Position provides ongoing service to participants by answering incoming participant calls, completing education meeting follow up, coordinating reviews with participants, operational and administrative support for qualified plan practice.  Occasional on-site employee education, accompanied by an advisor, in which you will deliver informational presentations. 


  • Be the first point of contact for potential and current participants via phone on all aspects of their retirement plan(s) including answering questions regarding the plan's features, benefits, and enrollment process
  • Research, follow-up, and resolve participant inquiries and issues through effective interaction with clients, plan participants, VP Operations and advisors in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and prepare materials, including topical retirement plan educational seminars, to support qualified plan practice educational meetings and campaigns
  • Occasionally accompany advisor(s) either in person or via webinar to assist with educational meetings
  • Track and maintain results of on-site meetings, including attendance, investment allocation changes, and participation changes; prepare and provide monthly report results to VP Operations for plan reviews
  • Update CRM systems to include participant contact information, notes on conversion, follow-up 
  • Identify resource materials for new and current participant educational and enrollment meetings
  • Make suggestions to systematize and improve practice functioning
  • Continue education in retirement plan field by utilizing industry, broker-dealer, and business resources
  • Additional qualified plan operation assistance as necessary


  • BS/BA with at least 3 years of financial services experience; strong understanding of investment products
  • Strong understanding of retirement plan rules, design, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a manner individuals can understand
  • Willingness and ability to travel (may include some overnights)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Previous experience providing assistance to plan participants or financial advisory clients


  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
  • Current, active and clean FINRA registrations (Series 65)
  • Ability to grow into an advisory role or qualified plan operations role
