Jim Stanziola, JD, ChFC®, AIF®

As a financial advisor specializing in tax avoidance strategies and wealth preservation, Jim Stanziola enjoys advising business owners and families on how to achieve financial independence by optimizing the value of their companies and investment portfolios. For more than 25 years, he’s counseled affluent clients on business succession and estate plans, wealth management and retirement.

Estate and business planning expertise

Previously, Jim was the principal of his own financial advisory firm, focusing on the needs of high net worth clients and business owners. Prior to that, he spent 20 years as an advisor with Lincoln Financial Network, developing strategies to enable clients to maximize their wealth and minimize their tax liabilities. In addition, he trained other advisors on complex areas such as buy/sell agreements, financial modeling and business insurance.

  • He graduated from Drake University School of Law with a specialization in estate planning and tax, and earned his bachelor’s degree in history at the University of Vermont.
  • An avid runner and swimmer, Jim completed the Boston Marathon twice and has run in more than 300 distance races. Jim and his wife Lori have been married for more than 30 years and they have three children, ages 29, 27, and 22.

Brent Caswell

Brent Caswell’s clients range in age from 15 to 93. Regardless of when they plan to retire, he looks at each client’s complete financial picture to develop a strategy for saving, investing, and building wealth. Brent also partners with business owners to create their retirement plan offerings, and to design succession plans that ensure the continuity of their business.

Brent has nearly 25 years of fiscal management, investing and estate planning expertise. He previously was an advisor for US Bank and started his financial planning career at Edward Jones.

Nonprofit background shapes advisory approach

For more than 15 years, Brent served on the leadership teams of nonprofit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America, KC Hospice, and the American Diabetes Association. His time consulting nonprofits shaped how he approaches his financial advisory practice. Brent appreciates that clients invite him to join the conversation about their financial goals. He strives to first listen and understand what they want to achieve, before offering solutions.

Industry involvement and accolades*

Brent is active in the Association of Builders and Contractors trade organization and is a member of the organization’s Kansas City Council. He often contributes information about financial planning and retirement strategies to the organization’s monthly magazine.

In 2018, Brent was selected for a Kansas City Five Star Wealth Manager award. The recognition is presented to advisors who meet ten eligibility and evaluation criteria related to client service, industry knowledge, and compliance.

Brent is an Eagle Scout and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communications from Missouri State University. He’s married and has two children. Brent’s family enjoys volunteering for local nonprofits, participating together in musical and athletic activities, and traveling to new places.

Aubree Priest

Director of Wellness

Aubree joined Infinitas two years ago and quickly took on the role of “Director of Wellness” in making sure that “everyone is taken care of.”  Two days a week, Aubree keeps all drink and snacks stocked, maintains the conference rooms so they are well kept and professional looking, distributes the mail and helps prep for client meetings.  She also helped kick off the well famous “Smoothie Day” for her coworkers.

Aubree’s family members are the most important people in her life, and she enjoys watching two of her favorite sports teams with them, Kansas City Chiefs and Royals.  She is currently in a weekly bowling league.  Aubree also participates in Special Olympics each year in bowling and bocce.

Chelsea Gilmore

Office Coordinator

Chelsea Gilmore is the Office Coordinator for Infinitas. She ensures that the front office operations run smoothly and support other business activities as needed. She communicates with clients and guests face-to-face and over the phone with a warm greeting and friendly hello. 

Chelsea is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Digital Marketing and expected to graduate in early 2021. She is a highly driven business professional with a background in customer relations and eCommerce management. Her prime objective has been to deliver memorable work that meets business needs; through dedication, passion, experience, strategy and striving to embody servant leadership. She is a Kansas City native – born and raised!
