Part-Time Marketing Associate


This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative individual with prior administrative experience.​

  • Content creation and management

  • Schedule firm-wide meetings with wholesalers

  • Schedule meetings and book conference rooms

  • Submit files for compliance approval and track status

  • Make minor website updates

  • Assist with managing and executing events

  • Develop and distribute internal communications

  • Manage event sponsorship

  • Perform other essential marketing administrative tasks​

  • At least one year of experience

  • Outstanding computer and technology skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), Constant Contact , and Microsoft Teams

  • Self-motivated and willing to solve problems proactively

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines

  • Collaborative and excited to work with a team to achieve goals

  • Experience in a regulated industry (or with a client in a regulated industry) is preferred


  • Hybrid, flexible schedule

  • 10-20 hours per week

  • Business casual attire Monday thru Thursday. Casual Friday on most Fridays.
