Leigh Ann Morales joined Randy’s team in April 2013 as the Director of Operations with an opportunity for growth. In 2021, Leigh Ann earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and is now transitioning into an advisor role alongside Randy Johnson. She is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service and support to existing and new clients.

Leigh Ann graduated from the University of Kansas with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In 2009, she began her career in the financial industry at New England Financial Group. She enjoys working with other loyal, driven, and successful professionals who share her passion for helping clients build and sustain financial confidence for any and all financial decisions. In addition to her CFP® designation, she holds her FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 66 securities registrations, as well as her Life, Health, and Variable license.

Leigh Ann enjoys spending time with her family and friends in Lee’s Summit, MO. She also travels often to visit family who live in Texas and vacations to beaches across the country. She is involved in recreational sports and her church community.
